Contract Role (Part-time to start, potential to grow to Full-time)

We’re looking for someone who loves challenges, brings order to chaos and naturally coordinates people, processes and timelines. You’ll coordinate our construction projects—aligning materials, crews, suppliers and schedules to deliver each home on time and as planned.
If you’re an operations swiss‑army knife—organized, communicative, multitasker, proactive and passionate about follow‑through and structure—this role is for you.

Mission
Keep our construction projects on time, on plan and in tight coordination.
What You’ll Coordinate
Construction Scheduling & Coordination
- Plan schedules, coordinate phases and ensure each milestone is met
Materials & Purchasing Follow‑up
- Confirm availability, quantities and delivery dates with suppliers
Construction Plan Control & Updates
- Keep the project board (Notion, Sheets, Trello, etc.) updated with progress, dependencies and risks
Vendors & Teams Management
- Follow up via WhatsApp, email or calls to ensure deliveries and agreements
Dates & Compliance Tracking
- Identify delays, bottlenecks and risks — and help get the project back on track
Document Control
- Organize plans, permits, contracts, invoices, site photos and change orders in an orderly digital system
Meetings, Agendas & Minutes
- Prepare agendas, document decisions and assign actions after meetings with architects, engineers and builders

- Location: Remote + possible on‑site support in Yucatán
- Growth: Coordinator → Field Operations Lead → Potential Management as we scale
